1. Miss Popular just invited you to her big birthday bash and told you not to tell your BFF. You:
   Go but stay mum. You don’t want to miss this party, and you don’t want to hurt your friend!

   Don’t go. Who cares if it’s “the party of the year”? No way are you keeping secrets from your BFF!

   Brag about it to your BFF. She should be honored to have such a popular best bud!
2. The new roster for the local swim team is finally up! You made the cut…your BFF didn’t. How does she take it?
   Like a pro! She’s so happy for you, you’d think she made the team, too!

   Not so great. If you don’t quit, she says she’ll never talk to you again!

   She gives you a congratulatory hug, but only after reminding you that it was her idea that you try out in the first place.
3. Your crush walks up to you at the school dance and asks, “Do you think your best friend would dance with me?” You say:
   “Of course! Let me find her for you!”

   Um…I don’t know…maybe. Go ask her yourself.”

   “No way—but I’d love to!”
4. You and your BFF are in charge of planning the school rally. When it comes to choosing the theme, you:
   Can’t stop fighting! Your idea is better—no, hers is! (Maybe the rally should just be cancelled!)

   Let your BFF make the decision. You don’t want things to blow up like last week…

   Are finishing each other’s sentences—totally in sync!
5. You helped your BFF take notes, designed her poster board, and even offered your room as the “lab.” When her science project is awarded first place at the school banquet, she:
   Forgets to mention your name, but writes you a long thank-you e-mail that evening.

   Talks about how difficult it was for her to do this project “completely alone and without any support.”

   Tells everyone that her fabulous BFF helped make the win possible.
6. The “populars” have been picking on you all afternoon about your Hello Kitty lunchbox. When your BFF notices, she:
   Sticks up for you! Those girls won’t utter a peep after her lecture!

   Stays silent. She’d never make fun of you, but she’d never talk back to the populars, either.

   Chimes right in—and then mentions your “so first-grade” PJs!
7. Your BFF is majorly stressing about next week’s math test. (She’s failing the class!) When she asks for your help, you:
   Wish her luck the morning of the test. (Boy, will she need it!)

   Come to the rescue! You’ll be her study buddy and tutor her into a math superstar!

   Loan her some of your old notes and suggest that she get some extra help—from your teacher.
