• Three Strikes- You're Embarrassed!

  I was playing softball with some friends, including a guy I liked, and I was trying hard to impress him. The perfect opportunity came along when I was running to third base: I decided to slide (now that would get his attention). But as I started to do so, I realized that I was nowhere near the base! Then he blurted out, “Nice slide, but you’re not even close!” I made an impression, all right- but the wrong kind!
