DG Culinary Adventures! Mango Salsa

Serves 8 takes 20 minutes to make


  • 2 mangos – peeled and chopped
  • 1 large tomato diced (or 5 plum tomatoes diced)
  • 1 small red onion minced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper seeded and minced. Optional, only If you want a little heat ( Be sure not to touch your face or eyes)
  • 1 tablespoon (or to your liking) of fresh cilantro ( I like to chop it a little)
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Stir the mango, tomato, onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and lime juice together in a bowl
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Clean up and you are ready to Enjoy!
