DG Culinary Adventures! Figs and Arugula Salad


  • 4 cups arugula
  • 8 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese  
  • Optional - 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts or walnuts or any nut of your choice  
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar  


  1. Mix the Honey and Vinegar together add salt and pepper to taste
  2. Toss arugula, figs, Parmesan cheese, and nuts together in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over salad before serving.

Clean up and you are ready to Enjoy!
