  • September 5th:  Labor Day is a dedicated to honoring and remembering the achievements of the US worker
  • September 6th:  Donate some old cloths or toys for International Day of Charity.
  • September 8th:  What is your favorite book? Read a book to younger child or an elderly person or start a book club to kick off International Literacy Day
  • September 10th:  Ask your grandparents or someone who is like a grandparent to you about their childhood, what is the best invention for them that they have now that they didn’t have as a child? Today is Grandparents Day!
  • September 11th:  Patriot Day is a day the US remembers the terrorist attacks in 2011.
  • September 17th:  230th Anniversary of the US Constitution. Did you know, The Constitution is a short document with only 4,543 words before the amendments.
  • September 18th:  What’s your favorite topping on your Burger? Celebrate National Cheeseburger Day- Have one for lunch or Dinner try a twist on the traditional cheeseburger with a veggie, tofu, lamb, bison or chicken patty instead.
  • September 21st:  How do you keep peace with your friends or family share your ways to celebrate International Day of Peace
  • September 22nd:  Make a difference on World Rhino Day. Look up a fact on the Rhinoceroses and generate awareness of issues regarding their well-being. In recent years, rhinos have been threatened by poaching, urbanization and pollution, which have left certain rhino species on the brink of extinction while leaving other species severely endangered.
  • September 22nd:  Do you play a Fall Sport? Enjoy the Crisp Air and Apples. How will you celebrate the first day of Fall?
