Let’s hear it for the Wright Brothers and Amelia Earhart as we celebrate National Aviation Day!  A day to recognize the development of aviation all while seeking to promote and support the industry.

World Humanitarian Day

Humanitarian workers provide life-saving assistance such as first aid, nutrition, shelter and help to rebuild after disaster has struck. These workers often battle violence, local diseases and hunger while attempting to save lives and provide relief to those most in need.

Prep the celery:

  • Clean and cut off the ends of each celery stalk
  • Cut into 3 inch pieces

Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients for the dip are:

  1. 1 block of softened cream cheese
  2. 4 oz of blue cheese crumbled
  3. Pinch of garlic
  4. 1 small can of Chopped black olives
